The Incubator depends on a team to deliver on its commitment to B4T practitioners. The four on the management team also serve as the primary program facilitators.

All combined, our leadership team has more than 60 years of B4T experience, plus numerous years of management and leadership. The sectors represented by this team span across training, manufacturing, import/export, banking, public health, and investment.

In addition to the four people on our management team, others contribute to the delivery of our services. There are guest facilitators, a communications team, interns, coaches, and consultants who lend their expertise and time to the delivery of our services.
