4 modules spread evenly throughout the program schedule (approximately 3 weeks between modules)
Each module consists of 5 days for 3 hours of live video calls per day
Work with your cohort to understand and apply lean startup principles
Brainstorm and problem solve with the cohort
Some work might be required between calls
Field Work
Keep moving on your planning
Takes place between the modules
Focus on application of principles & tools developed during the module
Testing of assumptions and plans (market study, research, etc)
On-going readings, videos and other content on the Incubator’s online platform
On-going interaction with cohort on the Incubator’s online platform
